SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY

Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) — FREE on all U.S. orders

Free Standard Shipping applies to every order. No minimum purchase. No discount code needed.

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is available to select countries — rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

ORDER TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate in the carrier's system. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. Still nothing — email us at [support@unclemuscle.com] and we'll sort it out.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can make changes within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the order is in the system and can't be rerouted. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll reship it — reshipping costs are on the buyer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order shows "Delivered" but hasn't arrived: check around your property, wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), then contact your local post office. If the package is still missing, email us at [support@unclemuscle.com] and we'll open a claim.

If your item arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it. No arguments.
